Shipping Policy

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). All orders received before 2pm will be despatched on the same day.

A delivery charge of £5.99 ex VAT to all orders under £100 inc VAT to UK Mainland. Orders over £100 inc VAT are shipped at no cost.

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to collect it.

Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier/service, dependent on the size and weight.

A1 Dampproofing Supplies will not be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit and/or do not have proper tracking information. You can return your parcel using any postal or shipping service. Please note- You’ll need to cover the postage costs yourself.

Please ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition that is suitable for resale. Please note that damaged merchandise that was not inspected by the customer upon delivery and not reported within 48 hours of receipt will not be accepted for return.

We will send you an email as soon as we have acknowledged your return, this is usually within 1 working day of receiving your return into our warehouse.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5-7 working days, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
